What we collect

Your email address if you subscribe to the monthly one-pager, and the boxes you save. Saved boxes currently stay in your own browser and never reach our servers. When member accounts launch, saving will move to your account and this policy will be updated before that happens.

Newsletter

Subscriptions use double opt-in: you confirm by email before we send anything. Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell or rent the list.

Expert contact requests

If you request contact details for a listed coach, doctor or nutritionist, we log the request and may pass your name and preferred contact method to that practitioner so they can reply.

Your rights

Under the Hong Kong PDPO and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@men35.com and we will act within 30 days.

Analytics

We measure which boxes get viewed, saved, shared and clicked, and we tag outbound links so we know what content works. This is aggregate measurement, not profiling.
